In the Asia region, the company operations include countries such as China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia. At this moment we are looking for a qualified candidate for the position as mentioned above for Indonesia’s plant.
General Affairs (GA) Superintendent
Requirements:
Minimum 5 (five) years experience in the field work of General Affairs in Manufacturing Industry.
Bachelor degree from any discipline.
Active in English both oral & written.
Computer literate in using Windows, MS Office & Internet.
Good health and good personality to be able to work under pressure with good teamwork and good communication skill.
Have strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking.
Comprehend and implement well the GA duty and function in housekeeping, landscaping, cleaning service, pantry & catering services, transportation, waste & rest material, building construction & building maintenance, and security.
Understanding any government regulations and arrangements related with permit, license, certificate, contract, convention, legalization and / or endorsement.
Able to handle any affairs of Public Relations (external relations and internal relations) and corporate documentations.
Comprehend & Implement well ISO, BSC, 5S, CSR and OHS/K3.
